So appreciative of Harlan’s friendly quick service.

We made and appointment for oil change. We were in and out and on our way home in no time. Very impressed with the service we received before and after service.

My 96 suburban had very loose and uncontrollable steering after replacing most all steering and suspension parts. One repair shop did an alignment and said you're ready. It wasn't and their response was it was just tight and would get better. Another shop did the same but suggested a steering gear box. I put one on. Didn't fixt it but "it drives straight" ..nope. Came to Harlans. Finally someone listened to me. Went through 5 steering gear boxes. 3 reman and 2 new. It finally drives like it is new. Nicest people. Kept me updated and discussed options. Couldn't be more pleased. I like my new repair shop. Chett Smith

Called Harlan Automotive at 8am as soon as they opened. I explained that my truck was overheating and was going to be hauling a trailer and horse home for the weekend. The amazing folk at Harlan shuffled their schedule and was able to get my truck in and fixed by 1pm that same day even though there entire day’s schedule was booked. This is the second time we have used their services and both experienced have been amazing. They take great care of their customers and take great pride in the work that they do. I can’t say enough about them and will recommend them to everyone we can. Also they go out of their way to make sure that any Murray State student is taken care. Thank you for getting me back on the road!
