Thank you for your feedback. Our quote was for a full key replacement and programming at around $250—significantly less than the dealership's $450. We always aim to offer fair pricing and quality service, but we appreciate your perspective.
Excellent service
Through 35 years and dozens of vehicles I've never experienced a shop like this. From setting the right expectations, pricing that makes sense, superb communication and the documentation, I don't expect I'll ever take a vehicle anywhere else.

A remote key for my truck they made for me went bad in bout 6 months and they made me a new one and programmed it for no charge.
Ran diagnostic test on alternator and starter. Alternator questionable for maximum efficiency so am having Harlan’s replace it next Tuesday. Very pleased with knowledge and experience with Mike and Adam.
Quick and reasonably priced. If you need newer vehicle keys made this is your go to.
I am very happy with the all around experience/service that I have received. They pay great attention to the details that make a difference. They are very fair/competitive in their cost of service. Their knowledge of the work to be done is awesome- no guess work. They present you with the cost upfront and they continually update their progress so you don’t have to worry or call wonder what’s going on. I think they are looking for a long term relationship and that goes a long way with me.
