Had a coolant valve go out. I called some people for advice on who to take it to and they said a couple of places but said Harlan’s was really good and stood by their work. So I took it to them.went ahead and had oil change done too. So far so good.

Scheduling appointment was great. Mechanic called and explained problem so that I understood. Very happy with service even though the news was not good. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Went in for a heater core replacement which is no doubt a labor intensive job however it took over 2 weeks to complete. Things happen with labor such as call ins or jobs taking longer. My issue wasn't that it was not being informed. I called a week later only to be told they have not started on it yet. That's bad customer service. I had higher expectations of them.

These folks did a fantastic job working on my vehicle. Completely took care of the issue and even got it running as good as new. They were also great helping me work with my warranty company. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in need of a mechanic.
