Our 2019 mini cooper would not start. Since I am very familiar with Harlan's, I knew that was where I wanted to take it to be worked on. I called on a Monday and had it towed there on Monday morning. Mike diagonosed the problem and had it fixed the same day. I could not pick up the vehicle until Wednesday. Adam, the service advisor, called and let me know that it needed a battery. He was very helpful and explained the repair cost and the diagnostics. I appreciate the efficiency and the service that Mike, Adam and the whole team put into keeping me informed and then getting me back on the road safely and quickly.
