I called to see about servicing my car and they got me in next day! The staff is super friendly and very polite..they even got me in and out quickly! Quality work!

Fixed my problem the first time.

For the second time Harlan Automotive has come to the rescue. My daughter attends Murray State University but comes from Wisconsin. Last Wednesday we drove down with her to move her into school and by Thursday her car sounded awful. We drove over to Harlan Automotive and despite being short-handed, they somehow were able to take a look at her car that day finding a foreign object that had been making the noise. They charged us nothing. My husband and I were able to travel back to Wisconsin knowing our daughter's car was ok and that we had a wonderful trustworthy shop she could always go to when she needed to. I can't tell you what a peace of mind it is knowing that our daughter can come here and be taken care of when we live so far away. Thank you Harlan Automotive!

Had trouble with AC not working on my 2005 Nissan 350z after I had to take it to Nissan to get it burped they also changed the water pump and had to disconnect the AC hoses and could not get the AC hoses back on with out the hoses blowing off so I was given the car back with no AC so I took it to Harlan on a Thursday morning and it was done later that day and was able to pick the car up Friday morning once they opened with the AC working amazingly it was super cheap and they were very friendly would definitely recommend to anyone. (Plus there was a M4 competition in the shop being worked on so I knew they had to be good lol)

They were amazing to deal with even had a concern after service and they fixed it no charge. Would recommend all day long.

I set up an appointment and they quoted me the repair cost. Dropped my truck off at night. Had a key drop box. Checked on my truck the next day and the repair was gonna be completed the following day. Just like they told me. They was absolutely courteous and professional the whole process. I will definately be using them again. Thanks guys.

Patrick & Charles fixed me right up and got me back on the road, even when they were about to close. It was greatly appreciated and made it to my destination with out any more problems. Thanks again guys!👍👍👍
