Kathy said the business provides awesome service but she did not expect to have to pay as much as she did. Her one concern is she would appreciate if they would give more explanation on what they are doing with her vehicle and why. She is sure they are doing what is necessary but she said she felt a little pushed to accept what was happening without being asked for her opinion. She would like to be told all her options and included in the decision making.
