After servicing and inspecting my SUV I was given information regarding maintenance needed to maintain my vehicle. I trust Harlan Automotive to keep me going so I'll bring it in to complete the servicing!

Extremely helpful. The staff members not only drove me to work when I found that I needed to leave my car, they even came to my job to show a video and photos of what was wrong so that I was more informed about my decisions. The amount of care they give their customers is excellent. Definitely will continue using their services.

I was charged a diagnostic fee of 78.00 even though I told you exactley what was wrong with my truck. I feel this fee should have been waived in this case.

My car does not have a dipstick. It is an electronic dipstick. I searched forever. All the major places that would change oil would not change my car. I got a recommendation for Harlan off of Facebook. Typically he didn't like using products brought in such as the oil and filter, that I already purchased, but he worked with me and told me that he would use them which saves me about $60 and a trip to Marion Illinois. (because that's the only place that would change the oil in my car) I would highly recommend them to anyone with any type of vehicle. Good job Harlan you've got my business!
