**DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR AUTO REPAIRS** One star for this place is too many! Not only do they overcharge, but they also diagnose repairs that are unfounded. When my daughter, a student at MSU, went to pick up her car after we received the astronomical estimate, they informed her that there was a $67 charge to “look” at the brakes plus shop and hazmat fees. These charges were not disclosed upfront. When I called to address the charges, the owner rudely stated that there was no disclosure other than a sign posted somewhere in the shop. Please do yourself a favor and get your repairs done elsewhere!
"Hello Margaret, Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We strive to ensure that we are upfront and honest with our customers about the results of our diagnostic tests, the recommended repairs as a result of that diagnosis, and the costs for conducting those repairs. We will look into how we can better state that, as with most auto repair shops, we do charge a diagnostic fee to cover the cost of the time and equipment used to complete that inspection. That should have been explained to you upfront, and that is certainly a subject we will address with our team. We would welcome the opportunity to make things right with you and your daughter. Please feel free to give us a call so we can discuss this situation in more detail. "
