This was my first time using Harlan. I had taken my car to my regular mechanic but at that time my car wasn't creating the vibration that particular day so nothing could be done. I decided to get a second opinion and used Harlan. They had the same problem of not getting my car to vibrate, but they did adjust a few things that was needed. Thankfully after their final test drive my car started to act up so they could diagnose and fix the problem and it was done in a reasonable time. The best parts are they keep you updated by phone and text, they are respectful, they listen to your description and any information you may have learned to help diagnose, and the garage/waiting room is clean and welcoming. You don't get these perks in most repair shops. I'll be using Harlan again.
