We were out of town when the clutch went out on our Suburu. Patrick was SUPER helpful in getting us in. When we explained how we were out of town and sorta stranded, they moved us to the front of the line and really seemed to make getting us back on the road a priority. Would not hesitate a second to use Harlan Automotive in the event of another vehicular malfunction.
