Went in for a heater core replacement which is no doubt a labor intensive job however it took over 2 weeks to complete. Things happen with labor such as call ins or jobs taking longer. My issue wasn't that it was not being informed. I called a week later only to be told they have not started on it yet. That's bad customer service. I had higher expectations of them.

Made appt for my son’s Dodge Charger. We knew a new coolant thermostat was needed by previous IBD scans and codes. Told the mechanic what it needed. They charged $170 diagnostic fee along with $700 to put in a new thermostat. Usually the diagnostic fee is waived if work is done, but not here. Thermostat can be put in in 15 minutes. They also wanted to do coolant flush and other work to increase the bill. Won’t do business with them again. Took our car and paid the $170 bogus bill.

Called yesterday because my Mom’s car was stalling. They got it out n the same day and did diagnostics, discovered the problem, ordered the parts, fixed it, confirmed the problem was fixed and had it ready this morning! It’s been driving great all day!
