Highly recommend you realize what the diagnosis cost will be before you use them, for example they charge 160.0 an hour to diagnose then you’ll need to pay again for the install and parts. I wanted an oil, filter and fuel filter change. My wife mentioned a small oil leak and dash board light issue. I declined the dash bc it was over 600.00 and the oil leak was over 2k. So together with oil change and 2 diagnosis (that I declined) was over 600.00. So know what you are getting into before you move forward. End the in it was my fault but now I know

Adam was exceptional. We both had to jump a few hurdles with the warranty company, but soon as Adam got the go ahead the job was done in a quickly timely manner. I appreciate Harlans professionalism and will definitely use them again

Mike is the best! He came out multiple times to unlock my jeep and then cut and programmed me a new key. He truly does love people first, and then also their cars.

Great communication they let you know what they have to do before they do it very professional a little steep on pricing but you pay for the great work and they do exactly that I recommend them if your in the Murray ky area

Awesome experience with Harlan. They serviced our transmission on our Toyota Tacoma. Everybody was so very nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely use Harlan in the future.
