I used the app to schedule an oil change. I dropped off my car for service at my appointment time. It was completed within a couple hours and ready to be picked up. They also completed a couple other normal maintenance services during this visit. I will not hesitate to bring my vehicles back to Harlan for repairs and/or maintenance. Friendly & knowledgeable.

Adam who answers yalls phone was great with informing everything the cost to put on tierods was outrageous could have gotten it way cheaper we were out over 2 weeks with taxis and rental cars to make it we don't have money lk that it was horrible experience price wise and time wise worst experience ever other than Adam he needs a raise having to tell people all your BS have a great one be the last one!!
