Auto Repair in Murray & Paducah

I have a 2008 Chrysler Crossfire, basically it’s a Mercedes inside. Car would not start, took to dealer, kept a month and no progress. Moved her to Harlan where they were able to quickly diagnose and fix. I WILL NEVER take this car anywhere else. They kept me informed and their price was reasonable for the fixes they had to do. So HAPPY to now have a mechanic here that I trust with my car.

Harlan automotive has been taking care of my car since I moved to the area, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences working with them. Service is fast and efficient, but even on extremely busy days everyone in the shop is friendly and easy to work with. They do a great job at communicating what your car needs and what they recommend, but I’ve never felt like I was being pressured into any unnecessary repairs or spending more than I needed. Things can run a little expensive, but this is definitely a “you get what you pay for” kind of place. And in this case it’s quality parts, service, and technical skills.

I had my transmission go out on a hunting trip and was honestly hesitant to bring my vehicle in to a smaller shop for such a big job and am happy to say they did a great job. Furthermore, I had an issue with a tire that they were happy to fix and did so at a great price. Finally, the owner contacted me directly to ask how they did. That goes a long way and I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and level of care.

I needed a transmission and water pump, also my ac was not working. I called Mike Harlan on Wednesday and by Friday of the same week he had my truck completely fixed and he had me back on the road. Excellent service and quick turn around. He even had a loaner car for me so I could get back and forth to work while my truck was in his shop. Great experience as always. I would recommend Harlan automotive to anyone.
