Auto Repair in Murray & Paducah

I’ve been going to Harlan for several years now and they’ve always taken good care of me. I never worry about being taken advantage of, and they do a wonderful job describing to me what’s going on with my car in a way I can understand. They go above and beyond!

We were able to get same day appointment so that was a big win. They were on time and did a great job. Very affordable. We will use them again.

Exemplary service. The text capability with a breakdown of the various systems and their level of need for repair was really nice. They patiently answered my numerous questions. Angela in the office was as nice and helpful as they come. I will recommend Harlan to everyone I know and will definitely be back. 10/10

Took our horse trailer there and they got it figured out ! Great pleasant staff!!

Over all nice people but over priced. I was traveling through and asked my home mechanic and was told: They charge too much per hour. The amount of hours charged were too many. Also they did not disclose full high priced diagnostic fees upfront. I was told my vehicle would be done Fri afternoon and was not until Monday afternoon. But my a/c is blowing cold now though so I assume they did a good repair.
