Scammed my girlfriend out of $150. She had a squeaking and squealing car, got it checked out, and they said they took a look and everything was fine but needed a coolant change. Said they drove it around and “heard no squeaking”, but one second of driving in the car proves that false, so obviously they just didn’t care enough when they know a “girl who can’t know nothing about this” asks for help. Funny thing is they’ve treated me well in the past, and the exact same thing keeps on happening when it’s a woman who needs help. “Can’t find the cause of the squeaking” but we got told that there literally was no squeaking. Lots of wonderful competitors in town. $150 for a coolant change that wasn’t even approved of, thanks a lot.
Hello Caden. Thanks for taking the time to air your complaint. I assure we did not scam your girlfriend. We could not find the cause of the squeaking at that time but the tech did notice the coolant was extremely low. If her car is still squeaking have her come by and I will gladly ride with her to see if we can locate it. Cars often have issues that are difficult to pinpoint. And if she is not pleased with the fact that we took care of her coolant issue, have her come in to discuss it. We clearly do not scam anyone, man or woman.
