As a woman, I do not recommend Harlan automotive. This shop will belittle you as soon as you walk through the door explaining the issue with your vehicle and then charge you an overpriced amount for a part that can only be purchased used. With my experience, I had a thumping sound coming from the back of my car and they proceeded to ask if my music was up too loud. This company is rude, belittling, and disrespectful to women just like most mechanic shops and they try to charge an arm and a leg. If you want a great mechanic I would recommend Chris over at After Hours Auto.
Cheyenne, customer feedback is important to us and we're saddened and disappointed to see your review as we would in no way ever want a customer feeling this way during a service experience. We're incredibly sorry you felt that you were treated poorly during your visit as many of our customers are female and it is important to us that we treat every individual with the respect they deserve during their experience with our shop. If you feel comfortable doing so, we'd appreciate learning more about your experience and what specifically occurred so that we may come to a better understanding and resolution. You are welcome to reach out at any time and further speak with the business owner. Thank you.
