Auto Repair in Murray & Paducah

After the better part of 20 years using my old mechanic, it was time to part ways. I've been leary about everyone but since I tried using these guys, all that stress and skepticism has subsided. I expect great service if I'm shelling out premium cash and so far I'm very pleased. They'll get all work on my 3 vehicles as long as they don't show signs of lax customer service and subpar work. Great job so far& friendly staff.

We broke down at a gas station had to call AAA the manager came out and recommended Harlan‘s motors so did the AAA driver. Dropped us off talk to the friendly guy at the counter Josh. Went and got the part in an hour and a half later we are back on the road. If you’re in Paducah I would highly recommend these folks

Took a 2011 transit connect engine light looked at. Turns out it Needed an O2 sensor. Fixed next day, all good. Great service

I wish I could give Josh and his team 6 stars. We were driving across country with an overnight in Paducah. Driving into town, we could tell the brakes were not working properly. Nothing life-threatening, but we could not continue our trip home to North Carolina, without getting this taken care of. It wasn't a big job, but Josh left his desk and drove across town to get the right parts and get us back on the road ASAP- all at a very fair price. If we lived in Paducah, Harlans would be our "go-to". Thanks, again, Josh and team!

Awesome service from beginning to end. I was very impressed with everyone! Everyone was so nice and friendly that I truly felt like a VIP. I settled in for a long wait but was only there about 15 mins!! I received text messages from the technician working on my car to keep me updated and I am so happy with the results!!
