Extremely helpful. The staff members not only drove me to work when I found that I needed to leave my car, they even came to my job to show a video and photos of what was wrong so that I was more informed about my decisions. The amount of care they give their customers is excellent. Definitely will continue using their services.

I was charged a diagnostic fee of 78.00 even though I told you exactley what was wrong with my truck. I feel this fee should have been waived in this case.
