Trustworthy, fast and very helpful. They have such a great team and I would advise anyone to take their vehicles here. Now even more convenient since they have a location in Murray and Paducah!

This was my first time using Harlan. I had taken my car to my regular mechanic but at that time my car wasn't creating the vibration that particular day so nothing could be done. I decided to get a second opinion and used Harlan. They had the same problem of not getting my car to vibrate, but they did adjust a few things that was needed. Thankfully after their final test drive my car started to act up so they could diagnose and fix the problem and it was done in a reasonable time. The best parts are they keep you updated by phone and text, they are respectful, they listen to your description and any information you may have learned to help diagnose, and the garage/waiting room is clean and welcoming. You don't get these perks in most repair shops. I'll be using Harlan again.

Was needing to get a hose replaced to get out of town. We called several people and the wait was like a week out. Called Harlan and told them our situation they got us in the next day. Super nice and professional friendly staff 👍🏿. They now have a client loved the service and updates on my vehicle with texts and calls..

My SUV's steering froze in Mayfield on a Thursday. Could not turn the wheel. I had it towed to Harlan Automotive that afternoon; Mike diagnosed the problem & ordered the parts (which arrived the next day); and he worked on Saturday to get the car working again. We were out of town when the clutch went out on our Suburu. Patrick was SUPER helpful in getting us in. When we explained how we were out of town and sorta stranded, they moved us to the front of the line and really seemed to make getting us back on the road a priority.
