Mr. Harlan was able to get my daughters car in for a diagnosis very last minute. It was having intermittent starting issues. Angela was so nice and explained everything to me from their process of checking the car in, text notifications and the results of the diagnosis. I was super impressed with this shop and how they kept me informed and we will definitely be back if we have any car maintenance needs. My daughter is a Murray student and we live 4 1/2 hours away, so it is nice knowing we now have a reliable shop available for any car needs. Their customer service is top notch! Thanks again!

It was a great experience start-to-finish. Overnight drop-off was easy, they kept me apprised all the way through the diagnostic process, and I was able to pay virtually, making picking up the car after hours easy and convenient. And most of all, I appreciated their expertise!
