I've had nothing but great experiences with Harlan. If you're looking for the cheapest shop in town, this isn't it. However, they are easily the quickest and most courteous. You're updated every step of the way regarding parts, prices and time via text. I've had several locations in Murray hold my vehicle for days before they even touch it, but not here. Angela at the front desk is knowledgeable and friendly as well. She doesn't up-sale you on unnecessary things, either.

Was pleased with the service received. I had made an error and the wrong thing was ordered, but they corrected it. I had a 2 PM appointment and paid my bill at 2:02. Better service than going to a medical office.
