Terrible place to do business extremely overpriced. Went in for a simple inspection. Never quoted me a price. Every other place in town quoted me $50. I get done with the inspection. They tell me $160 and that they definitely quoted me the price first which is completely inaccurate. And then they wanted to call me a liar about it and insinuating that they definitely told me the price went $160 for an inspection telling me that my windshield wipers work, which they definitely never did

We brought our vehicle to them after visiting a different mechanic who charged us $200 to drive it around, tell us it has a bunch of engine codes, and we need a new engine. Harlan worked three days on it to provide a quote, though it was still that we needed a new engine, but even helped to try to see if it was covered under a recall. Then they even gave me a discount on the diagnosis because the car isn’t even worth putting a new engine in. We will be back. Thank you Patrick!

Took my truck here twice. The first time they patched a hole in my tire and it started to leak air again within two weeks. The second time they replaced the brake hose, but again within two weeks I lost almost all of my brake fluid because they didn’t tighten a bolt. Customer service was great, but the job didn’t hold up.

Had them work on my car, as it needed a new cooling system. Left for Florida 3 days after picking my car up. 5 times the car shut down going down the interstate. Luckily it came back on. I had my dad’s mechanic look at it in Florida because it wouldn’t start after I shut it off. The mechanic opened the hood and saw immediately the main battery cable wasn’t tightened down and the screws that should have been refastened were just laying there. Thankfully the car got us to Florida because we were 2 women traveling alone.

Great place! Took my older Lexus in because my key shattered. They cute and programmed two keys and I didn’t have to go to Nashville. Great communication.
