Everyone there is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The tekmetric online service software they use is really cool too, documents everything they checked and worked on with detail, even pictures and videos. Came in handy as a previous repair I had done was not done correctly. Thanks

I was on a cross country trip and had transmission issues. They got me in for service immediately and helped me out. Got me back on the road within an hour.. I really appreciate their help!

Great Service, Great People, Thorough inspection and recommendations

I had a problem with my Ford e-150 van and I needed to use it for work. Every place I went was booked up for 1 to 4 days. I want to Harlan and they not only took care of my problem, which was idler arm pulley which had started to shred my serpentine belt, but they had me in and out in an hour. I cannot enough about how my vehicle and myself were treated. Their mechanic and their front office guy were amazing. They did not try to sell me on extra things that needed to be done. Very professional and very caring. I highly recommend them. I have been ripped off by so many other mechanics in Paducah that I will be going to them for everything
