Went in for a heater core replacement which is no doubt a labor intensive job however it took over 2 weeks to complete. Things happen with labor such as call ins or jobs taking longer. My issue wasn't that it was not being informed. I called a week later only to be told they have not started on it yet. That's bad customer service. I had higher expectations of them.

These folks did a fantastic job working on my vehicle. Completely took care of the issue and even got it running as good as new. They were also great helping me work with my warranty company. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in need of a mechanic.

They were straight honest nice folks done what they said they were gonna do

Made appt for my son’s Dodge Charger. We knew a new coolant thermostat was needed by previous IBD scans and codes. Told the mechanic what it needed. They charged $170 diagnostic fee along with $700 to put in a new thermostat. Usually the diagnostic fee is waived if work is done, but not here. Thermostat can be put in in 15 minutes. They also wanted to do coolant flush and other work to increase the bill. Won’t do business with them again. Took our car and paid the $170 bogus bill.
