Adam who answers yalls phone was great with informing everything the cost to put on tierods was outrageous could have gotten it way cheaper we were out over 2 weeks with taxis and rental cars to make it we don't have money lk that it was horrible experience price wise and time wise worst experience ever other than Adam he needs a raise having to tell people all your BS have a great one be the last one!!

My first visit to Harlan automotive and it was to have a new remote programmed and key cut. No problems with that at all. I will say that Patrick was very easy to work with.

Great work, highly recommended! Used to be a Baileys guy but they sold out and now this is the best it western Kentucky.

If I could rate them higher I would. Fast, friendly, detailed and affordable service. They got my vehicle in as promised. Sent a detailed report that included pictures and was easy to understand. My keys were dropped off to me at work, so they could make sure my vehicle stayed locked. When the need arises I will be returning to this shop and only this shop from now on. Glad I found this shop with a Google search.
