As a woman, I do not recommend Harlan automotive. This shop will belittle you as soon as you walk through the door explaining the issue with your vehicle and then charge you an overpriced amount for a part that can only be purchased used. With my experience, I had a thumping sound coming from the back of my car and they proceeded to ask if my music was up too loud. This company is rude,belittling, and disrespectful to women just like most mechanic shops and they try to charge an arm and a leg. If you want a great mechanic I would recommend Chris over at After Hours Auto.

My daughter attends Murray State and when she has car issues or need anything concerning her car, they are on it!

My wheelchair lift equipped van, Toyota Sienna had a problem with the lift system. Several places were unwilling to work with the van manufacturer on the needed repair but this company was very willing and able. I appreciate them so much and will use them for all service from now on!

Harlan's treated me professionally and respectfully for every aspect of my visit. They worked me in quickly, gave me a ride home, and we're very thorough. Mike, Angela, and the technician were all great! And the best part: the work was deemed to be under warranty - even though there was no conclusive evidence that it was their mistake!!! There just aren't many businesses that will take the customer's side anymore and my wife and I are so glad we chose Harlan's!
