Received a fair estimate and work was performed to my satisfaction. Additional work was needed, but they called to confirm that I wanted it done before doing it. No surprises.

Dropped car off without an appointment. Was not expecting such fast service. Even with having to order parts car was ready next day.

These guys went above and beyond for me. Im from out of town for work and needed my truck fixed so i could get home. They were able to work me into their schedule same day and fix my truck so i could get home safely. Staff were all knowledgable, friendly, and trustworthy. 10/10. Would gladly use again.

It all starts with a phone call to Josh to schedule an appointment. Josh is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He keeps you up to date on diagnostic test results and tells you repair costs for your approval. They are very accommodating for leaving your vehicle or waiting for service. I highly recommend Harland Automotive for all of your vehicle service needs.

This place was suggested to me by a co-worker and her praise was enough for me to give them a shot. And although her praise was enough to peak my interest the experience far exceeded my expectations. My appointment started on time, the woman at the desk was so pleasant and welcoming, the service only took about a half hour, and they even gave my card a REPORT!!!! Before I even left the building I received a "report card" on my phone! The "report card" grades your car's health. It's incredibly helpful and it was thoroughly explained by the woman at the desk. I can't speak highly enough about this place. I got my oil change yesterday and I've already told no less than 10 people about my experience! 10 out of 10!!!! This place will definitely be my regular service spot!
