Harlan’s was very helpful when my son’s vehicle quit working while at college. We asked for a diagnostic check of the problem. The office staff immediately let us know that there is a fee for that, which we expected. It was very reasonable. Following the diagnostic check, Harlan’s called us before proceeding. I also received several text updates letting me know where in the process they were with our vehicle.

Very friendly help give me a ride home while they work on my 06 colbolt . Big thanks to finen the problem with why brakes would lock up . Mind u this is after taken to Meineke in town 4 different times and being told to take it to a different shop after they couldn't figure it out.. highly recommended and will being doing future bin with them.
