I really like that they text me step by step as they work on my car. They sent a report with pictures. Angela in the front office is Awesome! She was very kind and explained everything with details that needed to be done. Didn’t try to upsell. They are honest, the labor took less time and discounted my original quote!

I wish I could give Josh and his team 6 stars. We were driving across country with an overnight in Paducah. Driving into town, we could tell the brakes were not working properly. Nothing life-threatening, but we could not continue our trip home to North Carolina, without getting this taken care of. It wasn't a big job, but Josh left his desk and drove across town to get the right parts and get us back on the road ASAP- all at a very fair price. If we lived in Paducah, Harlans would be our "go-to". Thanks, again, Josh and team!
