I have taken two vehicles to Harlan automotive and the service I’ve received is the best around. They do a free inspection and you receive high quality pictures of issues they find on your vehicle and have a chance to speak with a mechanic before they begin any repairs. They also provide you with accurate pricing and communicate when they find other issues or things change. Josh @ Harlan is awesome to communicate with and really helps take the stress of vehicle repair off your back. Next time I need service work or even routine Maintenance I’ll be taking it to Harlan’s.

I accidentally put the wrong transmission fluid in my car and Mike was so helpful when I called! Friendly, knowledgeable and patient, listening to everything I had to say, and he got me in the next day. After a very scary morning, he left me feeling reassured and that in itself was priceless. When I brought my car in, all of the service technicians were super friendly as well, and my Subaru's transmission flush was done in a matter of a couple hours. They even checked everything else and sent a comprehensive checklist, which was really cool. Cody did a phenomenal job! My Lil car feels so much better and I am so grateful for the exceptional service! Extremely reasonable prices as well! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Mike, Cody and everyone else there. You are a stellar team!

After the better part of 20 years using my old mechanic, it was time to part ways. I've been leary about everyone but since I tried using these guys, all that stress and skepticism has subsided. I expect great service if I'm shelling out premium cash and so far I'm very pleased. They'll get all work on my 3 vehicles as long as they don't show signs of lax customer service and subpar work. Great job so far& friendly staff.

We broke down at a gas station had to call AAA the manager came out and recommended Harlan‘s motors so did the AAA driver. Dropped us off talk to the friendly guy at the counter Josh. Went and got the part in an hour and a half later we are back on the road. If you’re in Paducah I would highly recommend these folks

Took a 2011 transit connect engine light looked at. Turns out it Needed an O2 sensor. Fixed next day, all good. Great service
