My husband and I were traveling home from Birmingham to St. Louis when suddenly we began having car issues. We pulled over at the first exit we could reach and called the nearest Ford dealership. They could not help us for at least three days but did refer us to Harlan Automotive in Paducah which was about 6 miles away. We called and explained our predicament. They said "Bring it over. We can at least run a diagnostic check on your Expedition". Slowly but surely we made it there and within 15 minutes they had assessed our problem. Miraculously, they had access to the parts and got our car fixed that day. We thought for sure we were going to have to rent a car or get a hotel but Joshua and Patrick did their magic and we were back on the road to get home. We can't thank you all enough for this fantastic service. If we were local you would have all of our auto business.
