I hit an animal while visiting family for the Holidays, it caused a couple warning lights to come up on my dash. Harlan's worked me in the day before Thanksgiving to make sure it would be safe to drive back home! They were polite and very helpful. They didn't try to rip me off because I was in a bind either. Wish I had a shop I could trust back home like them!

I found Harlan Automotive while looking for an established business to address my auto alignment and tire concerns. Although it was necessary to wait 4 days for an appointment, it was worth it. Angela Lee is the up front employee who handles everything. She is knowledgeable and customer oriented. The mechanic addressed all my concerns regarding wheel alignment, furnished a mechanical printout, found a tire with the tread separated and furnished a phone video that was presented to me. I am pleased I discovered them. I was impressed with their website and testimonials from previous customers.

Mr. Harlan was able to get my daughters car in for a diagnosis very last minute. It was having intermittent starting issues. Angela was so nice and explained everything to me from their process of checking the car in, text notifications and the results of the diagnosis. I was super impressed with this shop and how they kept me informed and we will definitely be back if we have any car maintenance needs. My daughter is a Murray student and we live 4 1/2 hours away, so it is nice knowing we now have a reliable shop available for any car needs. Their customer service is top notch! Thanks again!
