Same day service for my AC system, thorough inspection and when requested diagnosis came back inconclusive, offered to return later for a more in depth look at no extra charge.

I appreciate that they got my son’s vehicle in quickly. They seemed very nice. They fixed the problem we came in for and suggested belts be replaced additionally . I had them do the additional belts replacement on the vehicle. When I went to pick up vehicle they advised that a piece cracked and busted some while doing the service they had suggested. They stated they had put it back together and glued it. Just 3 days after we left shop the part they broke and tried to patch started leaking. Son was out of state when it happened and now $1400 to fix part they broke putting on the new belts they suggested. I called them and Patrick said he would talk with Mike and get back with me the following morning. I never heard back from them. Sadly, because they broke something else fixing the additional service and didn’t follow up with me I can’t recommend them. There prices are already high and now I have more to pay .
