My SUV's steering froze in Mayfield on a Thursday. Could not turn the wheel. I had it towed to Harlan Automotive that afternoon; Mike diagnosed the problem & ordered the parts (which arrived the next day); and he worked on Saturday to get the car working again. I'm from way out of town so you can imagine how grateful I am to Angela and Mike. Thanks!
We were out of town when the clutch went out on our Suburu. Patrick was SUPER helpful in getting us in. When we explained how we were out of town and sorta stranded, they moved us to the front of the line and really seemed to make getting us back on the road a priority. Would not hesitate a second to use Harlan Automotive in the event of another vehicular malfunction.

It was a positive experience from start to finish. Fast, easy, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Do wish they'd send out coupons again or offer deals or specials tho.
