Got an alignment, tire balance, tires rotated, and small tire hole repaired. Made my ride smoother but my wheels were scratched and chipped in multiple places. My steering wheel and driver’s seat was left dirty, as well as smudges/hand prints on my hood and front bumper. I hope there was a higher level of care for my drivetrain than there was for cleanliness and respect for my vehicle. I’m very disappointed in the quality of service I received.

Good experience with auto repair. They clearly state the repairs needed and stay in touch with you through the repairs. They had the car finished when they stated. I offer a warranty on their work.

We have taken several cars to Harlan's and picking up 2 today that had minor repairs. He is fast, dependable, and has all the diagnostic technology to hook up any vehicle and find the faulty issue.
