Not only did they fix my tire from the hit and run but when my car was not handling the road right a few months later they gave my car an alignment and power steering fluid. I appreciate that they got my son’s vehicle in quickly. They seemed very nice. They fixed the problem we came in for and suggested belts be replaced additionally . I had them do the additional belts replacement on the vehicle. When I went to pick up vehicle they advised that a piece cracked and busted some while doing the service they had suggested. They stated they had put it back together and glued it. Just 3 days after we left shop the part they broke and tried to patch started leaking. Son was out of state when it happened and now $1400 to fix part they broke putting on the new belts they suggested. I called them and Patrick said he would talk with Mike and get back with me the following morning. I never heard back from them. Sadly, because they broke something else fixing the additional service and didn’t follow up with me I can’t recommend them. There prices are already high and now I have more to pay .

The lady who was at the front desk was very nice and helpful. However, my skid plate was not put back on correctly and ripped off on my drive home from college. I now have to buy a new one; which is rough because I’m a college student who spent most of her check getting my oil changed by them in the first place. In the future, please be sure to double check that the skid plate is in place. Probably won’t come here again.

Even though we had a hiccup or two, Mike Harlan was able to get me back on the road again.
