I like the fact Harlan's uses tech to keep me informed, remind me, asks for feedback. It's like going to the doctor's office. And they are friendly. The fellow who took my van in apologized for being late but it was OK because stuff happens and I wasn't in a rush.

I was stranded 3 hours from home and my car was overheating. I called late in the afternoon and they worked me in. My car could not be repaired until the next day to to availability of needed part. I could not find a rental. The allowed me to use their loaner car to drive home and return the next day with the part. My repair took less than an hour. I was truly grateful and extremely satisfied. God always has a “ram in the bush” and they were mine.
