Jeff said the service was great. The business is very flexible about payments along with what time to drop off the vehicles. They gave him prompt answers to all of his questions.

Nyle said this business does what she asks them to do. They are quick and they have reasonable prices.

Just because my vehicle has 340,000 miles some places would treat it carelessly, but Harlan Auto takes care of my vehicle like it has less than 100,000. They keep this truck in great, safe condition for me, I would find it hard to trust anyone else.

Luke said they were supposed to check all of the extensive components and he found one which they did not check.

David said he had a little trouble with this business but it was okay.

Took my truck in and fixed it with just a phone call from me at work. Kept in contact with me letting me know what was wrong and what it needed to fix it. My only suggestion is that a manager or mechanic come out when a customer picks their vehicle up to explain what was done & answer questions.

Eric said they were supposed to call him with an estimate but they never called him.
